Requirements Applicants must possess a high level of skill, must be able to handle themselves professionally, and should be able to explain the value and technical details of the techniques and skills they are using. Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and an understanding of the industry best practices are usually necessary for most of our assignments.
We are looking for consultants who have proven experience in:
Leading and transforming large groups
Collaborating and listening intently to customer needs
Continuously educating and credentialing themselves
SAFe, LeSS, DevSecOps, or Business Agility Transformations
